The app is provided to the best of our ability; technical issues cannot be fully excluded.
Users may withdraw from the contract within the legally prescribed periods.
We are only liable for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence.
Defective services can be reported; we will correct them or provide replacements.
Only necessary personal data (e.g., location, project times) are collected. Users can view, correct, or delete their data.
The contract can be terminated at any time in accordance with the agreed notice periods.
We may modify the terms and will inform users of any updates.
The law of the country in which the app operates applies; the company's registered office is the place of jurisdiction.
Confidential data is protected and not shared with third parties.
If individual provisions are invalid, the remaining terms remain effective.
These terms supplement the contract between the app and the users and replace all previous agreements.
